Paying for care is a little different at Happy Kids Pediatrics, and we think that’s a good thing. By skipping insurance, we can offer longer visits, transparent pricing, and care plans that are actually built around your child’s needs, not billing codes. Whether you join our membership or come in for a single visit, you’ll always know what you’re paying for and what to expect. That means you can forget about the stress of surprise bills and focus on getting thoughtful, individualized care that puts your family first.
Our membership model gives families unlimited access to care while avoiding copays, surprise bills, or phone tag. Choose the level of support that fits your child’s stage and enjoy longer visits, same-day appointments, and direct text access to your provider.
We’re a fee-for-service practice, which means we’re not contracted with insurance companies. Why? Because we want to spend more time with you and your child, not on hold with insurance. This model lets us give you more face time, deeper support, and the freedom to make the decisions that feel right for your family.

Our care model is built around time, access, and connection, things traditional insurance often overlook. That’s why many families at Happy Kids choose to join our membership program, which includes longer visits, ongoing guidance, discounts and a more personalized experience.
We’re also in-network with a few select insurance carriers for primary care, but some services may still fall outside typical coverage.
You’re welcome to request a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Just know that coverage varies, and reimbursement isn’t guaranteed. Many of our families choose to use HSA/FSA funds for our services.
Nope! Membership is totally optional. It’s great for families who want frequent access, functional consults, or longer-term support, but if you’re just looking for an occasional visit or a second opinion, our à la carte pricing may be a better fit.
